It's not exactly something someone will "work on", so much as work towards over the career of their character.
I think in one week of playing, I've killed over 1000 players (not me specifically, but any groups I was part of), so I imagine while a lengthy Tome Unlock to pursue, an active RvR person will have it done within the year.
Me? Not so much... I logged 14 hours over the two days I took off to play at launch, and only 11 more since. :(

And instead I found this little "achievement" (quest) and thought of that awesome South Park episode as I read it.
I think they took that from the actual warhammer miniature :)
